Veronica brings more than 23 years of senior living experience, including 16 years as an Executive Director leading Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. She has also served as a Regional Director of Operations, providing leadership and operational oversight for four senior living communities across South Florida. Known for fostering strong team engagement and exceptional resident satisfaction, Veronica leads with empathy, dedication, and a commitment to service excellence. A graduate of the University of Miami, she has proudly called West Palm Beach home since 2007. Through her collaborative leadership style and hospitality-focused approach, Veronica is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for residents, families, and associates every day.
