With nearly three decades of culinary and operations experience spanning from Los Angeles to Florida, Anthony brings a rich and diverse background to senior living dining and hospitality. His career includes cooking for some of Hollywood’s A-listers, Culinary leadership at the iconic Breakers Hotel, as well as years as a successful restauranteur and catering company owner. Over the last ten years, Anthony has dedicated his talent and passion exclusively to the senior living space. His mission is two-fold: elevating the resident dining experience through high-quality culinary standards, and to empower, mentor, and inspire staff teams to reach their fullest potential every day.
Outside of work, Anthony is backed by his family, his wife, Samantha, a talented wedding & event planner, and their three sons, Anthony Jr., Leonardo, and Gianni. Together, they share a love for cooking, sports, and embarking on new travel adventures.
