With over 25 years of operational leadership in healthcare and senior living, Latranda has deep commitment to service and excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and an MBA from Springfield College. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating environments that inspire trust, empower staff, and elevate the experience for residents and families alike. Drawn to Grand Living for its culture of unreasonable hospitality and its distinctive, welcoming approach to retirement living, Latranda is passionate about helping residents live their best lives while celebrating their rich stories. Outside of work, she is a proud mother to an adult daughter preparing for veterinary school and a devoted grand pup named Ramsey. A true sports enthusiast, she enjoys track and field and proudly cheers for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Houston Texans.

Toni began her career in the senior living industry in March of 2011. After leaving a lengthy career in the corporate world as a Regional Manager, she was in search of a new career path in a completely different industry that would give her purpose, passion, and a whole lot of fun. Toni found it with Grand Living and has never looked back! Since beginning her career in this industry, she has held various positions such as Director of Resident Programs, Corporate Director of Program Development and Director of Sales and Marketing. Toni loves working side-by-side with future residents and their family members and educating them on all the services and amenities that this industry provides for them to live their best life yet! Toni believes that this is the most rewarding industry in the world, and she is so glad that she has found her life’s passion.

Rebecca leverages over 25 years of diverse medical experience, spanning Assisted Living, Memory Care, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Aquatic Physical Therapy, and Sleep Medicine. Her tenure as Marketing Director at Bay Brook Sleep Specialist sleep lab honed her skills in healthcare marketing and team leadership. Rebecca’s commitment to quality care is deeply rooted in her personal caregiving experiences, family ties, and strong faith. She excels in fostering relationships among seniors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the healthcare system. A Houston native and devoted mother of three, she enjoys fitness, outdoor activities, and cherished moments with family.

Eva brings to Grand Living a diverse background in real estate, healthcare, and senior care, with experience as a Real Estate Agent, Medical Assistant, and Caregiver. A graduate of the Southern Careers Institute as a Certified Medical Assistant and a licensed Real Estate Agent through The Real Estate Business School, Eva is passionate about helping seniors live independently in a supportive and thriving community. Laura Williams
Business Office Manager
Laura grew up in Rhode Island and has always had a passion for serving seniors. She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, along with certifications in Thanatology and Gerontology. Shortly after graduating, she began her career in Senior Services as a Case Manager, coordinating and providing care to seniors living at home. In 2018, Laura moved to Texas with her husband, David, and worked for Adult Protective Services investigating senior abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Her career path then led her to become a director of a local senior center, coordinating a variety of stimulating activities for independent seniors in her community. Laura is committed to bringing her experience, creativity, and originality to create fun, exciting and enriching experiences to the residents at Grand Living. In her free time, she enjoys performing Country music and spending time with her husband and two dogs (Violet & Mr. Snuggles). She also enjoys gardening and raising chickens and ducks on their small farm.
Marina Gil
Director of Health and Wellness
Marina brings a strong clinical background and a passion for excellence in senior care. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and began her healthcare journey as a medical secretary from 2012 to 2017. While attending nursing school, she worked as a CNA in the ICU, eventually advancing to an ICU RN role specializing in trauma and neuro trauma care. With hands-on experience across multiple levels of care—from emergency rooms to rehabilitation—Marina brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. She chose Grand Living to be part of a truly exceptional experience—one that fosters peace, compassion, and a sense of home the moment you walk through the doors. Passionate about promoting wellness and preventing hospital admissions, Marina is energized by the opportunity to innovate and help elevate the gold standard of senior living.

Stephanie is a native Texan. Her passion for making a difference in the lives of others drives her to bring only the best of herself using the most effective ways to provide outstanding quality care to the residents. With over twelve years’ experience working in senior living/memory care, Stephanie has advocated for the best resident care possible. She has dedicated herself to understanding memory care, providing her the ability to enhance each resident’s individual needs. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her two children and her grand pups. Stephanie’s love language is food. She enjoys wintertime in Texas and taking road trips in her jeep.

Dining Room Manager
Salvatore started his journey in the hospitality industry fresh out of college as a server at an Italian restaurant in New York. After years of honing his craft, he moved to Southeast Texas to raise his family and in some way give back to the community that has embraced him since day one. His management style is equal parts compassion and hands on leadership. Salvatore loves to play guitar, and his favorite activity is spending days on the beach in Galveston with his wife, two daughters and the dog.

James is a seasoned professional with an MFA in Screenwriting, specializing in Gerontology Media Studies. With over seven years of experience working for an in-home health company, James seamlessly blends the art of screenwriting with the professional expertise of hands-on senior care, creating a unique perspective that fosters both creativity and compassionate support for the elderly. In his personal life, James is happily married to his college sweetheart, and together they have three children—plus a lovable bulldog who rounds out the family. Outside of his professional endeavors, James enjoys the creative process of screenwriting and dedicates his spare time to mentoring aspiring screenwriters, helping them hone their craft and find their voices in storytelling.
Denise Cooper
Director of Fitness
Denise Cooper believes that we need to stay active to age well, and for the last twenty-five years she has been sharing this passion with everyone she teaches. She loves to play games like Maj Jongg, Mexican Train and card games, any activity that has to do with water and reading. After having her first child in 1998, Denise started to work at the YMCA where she taught classes in Yoga, Spinning, Pilates Reformer, Water Exercise, Silver Sneakers Classic and Yoga Stretch, along with personal trained primarily in rehabilitation and injury recovery. In addition to classes at the Y, Denise started teaching senior classes, water fitness, yoga, and personal training out in the community. Denise received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Wellness from University of Houston, and has certifications from AFAA in personal trainer, Silver Sneakers in Classic, Yoga Stretch, Circuit and EnerChi, and Fitour in Advanced Aqua Instructor. Also, a 220-hour Yoga certification in Hatha Yoga from Sundance Yoga and Alvin Community College and a 220-hour certification in Kundalini and Heated Yoga from Yoga Lola Studio.
