From dining to the nursing team, maintenance, housekeeping and activities, everyone on staff has a great attitude and cares for their residents. Daily live music and a Happy Hour brings most of the residents together, and holidays and special events are always beautifully executed.

I can’t say enough positive about the experience. Every one of the staff that we encountered were extremely helpful from the very beginning, starting with the decision making, the admission process and protocols required prior to move in. Everyone was very accommodating with answering all our questions and concerns. I stayed for a week after the move in before returning home to Illinois. I felt completely confident with leaving my father under the care of the staff.

The wellness department is extremely diligent. The administration responds promptly. Steven in management made our transition into my grandmother’s apartment very smooth. He even put us in direct contact with VA for benefits we were not even aware she qualified for and they expedited things without frustration. The nurses feel like family now. Madeline at the front desk is always smiling and makes sure she gets a smile in return from residents knowing how much a smile can help the mental state.
