Dana is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, biopharma, and senior living management. She has a proven track record of driving growth, expanding service lines, and improving patient and resident care through strategic initiatives and compassionate leadership. With advanced degrees in Biotechnology and a Doctorate in Health Administration, Dana combines deep expertise with a passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the healthcare and senior care sectors.
Diane Dean
Sales Counselor
With over 40 years of sales experience spanning multiple industries, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to her work. Over the past decade, she has focused her career in the senior living industry, where she has cultivated a deep sense of care and compassion.
Her passion for senior living began on a personal note, inspired by her journey of helping her parents find the right senior living community. This experience shaped her dedication to guiding others through similar transitions. Outside of her professional life, Diane cherishes time with her family, including her children and grandson. She also remains connected to her lifelong love—volleyball—a sport that continues to bring her joy and energy.
Jennifer Duffy
Sales Counselor
Jennifer, originally from New Jersey, relocated to Florida to pursue her college education and has since made West Palm Beach her home with her husband, Joe, and their beloved dog, Baxter. With a strong background in leadership, community engagement, and relationship building, she spent much of her professional career serving as the Executive Director of the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she played a vital part in strengthening local business networks and fostering meaningful community connections. Passionate about creating positive impact, Jennifer brings warmth and dedication to every endeavor. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with a good book and spending time by the ocean.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator
With over 25 years of expertise in investment advisory and healthcare advocacy, Jamie brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her work. She is passionate about connecting with seniors, gaining inspiration from their life stories, and championing their needs. Jamie is also deeply committed to fundraising and event planning, where her creativity and organizational skills shine. Outside of her professional endeavors, she embraces a vibrant and healthy lifestyle that includes cycling, Pilates, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). An avid reader and traveler, Jamie cherishes the moments she spends making lasting memories with her friends and family.
Gwen Boumeester
Business Office Manager
With over 20 years of experience in assisted living, Gwen has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of seniors and supporting their families. She has successfully served in multiple areas of operational administration with a commitment to excellence and passion. Gwen now brings her expertise to the role of Business Office Manager, where she continues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service within senior living. Outside her professional life, Gwen enjoys spending quality time with her family. She finds joy around water, whether at the beach or boating in the sun.
Shelisha Davis
Director of Health and Wellness
Shelisha has been in the healthcare industry for 30 years, with 10 years spent in Senior Living. Shelisha is compassionate, caring, and experienced, and she believes in providing high-quality nursing care. Her background included managing private practices, Urgent cares, and hospitals. Finding her way into senior living and understanding the different facets of care and passionate about providing and delivering high-quality care, Shelisha recognizes this with senior living care.
My passion is that everyone should feel cared about and heard, and in doing so, treat everyone like they would want to be treated.
Jeanne Lima
Director of Luminations
Jeanne brings over 15 years of experience in senior living, driven by her compassion and dedication to enhancing the daily lives of seniors. A West Palm Beach, Florida native, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially boating and relaxing at the beach.
Fernando Marulanda
Executive Chef
Chef Fernando Marulanda, born and raised in NYC, brings over 25 years of culinary expertise shaped by working in some of the world’s finest restaurants alongside industry legends like Danny Meyer and Thomas Keller. A graduate of the New York Restaurant School, he has held roles as Corporate Chef, Catering Executive Chef, and instructor at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Passionate about food, music, and storytelling, Chef Fernando finds joy in connecting with others through these powerful mediums. When not in the kitchen, he loves traveling, classic films, literature, and spending time with his three grandsons.
Jamie Abner
Dining Room Manager
With over 20 years in healthcare hospitality, including 15 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Jamie has built a career grounded in service, compassion, and creating exceptional dining experiences for seniors. As an artist specializing in realism and portraiture since the age of four, she brings creativity and a personal touch to everything she does, enriching lives through food, art, and connection. Beyond her professional life, she is a proud parent to an amazing teenager, embracing every opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
Vladenko Pajkanovic
Director of Maintenance
Vladenko Pajkanovic is a seasoned Director of Maintenance with a passion for facility management and over 20 years of dedicated experience in maintenance. Known for his strong technical skills and comprehensive knowledge in the field, Vladenko has a proven track record of ensuring facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail are evident in every project he leads. Outside of work, Vladenko values quality time with family and enjoys traveling to explore new places.
Tony Tamules
Director of Fitness
Tony, a Pittsburgh native, brings over 30 years of expertise in fitness leadership, specializing in wellness programs for adults across all ages and abilities. For more than a decade, he served as Director of Fitness at prestigious country clubs in Boca Raton, where he established high standards of customer service and innovative health initiatives. Known for his dynamic and engaging approach, Tony continuously introduces fresh, motivating ways to help residents improve their well-being while enjoying the process. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of three teenagers and an active coach for his daughters’ volleyball teams. In his free time, Tony enjoys playing pickleball and paddle boarding along the scenic shores of Jupiter.
