What makes Grand Living unique?
Our luxury independent living, as well as assisted living option, stand out among communities in West Palm Beach. We’re dedicated to a luxury experience that makes every day special. Instead of traditional cafeteria meals, you get chef-prepared dishes. Rather than basic amenities, you’ll have access to a sparkling pool, theatre, and more. Grand Living is unique because we prioritize luxury living for all levels of care.
Which care levels do you offer?
At Grand Living, you can choose from three care levels. Choose independent living if you can still go about most daily activities on your own. Opt for luxury assisted living if you need some help during the day, but still maintain a level of independence. Memory care is tailored to folks with cognitive conditions such as Alzheimer’s.
What does my monthly rent cover?
Monthly rent is all-inclusive. That means you won’t have to worry about additional fees and expenses. Your singular payment covers all of the following, and then some:
- Wi-Fi and phone services
- Chef-prepared meals
- On-site entertainment and community events
- Utilities and cable TV
- 24-hour staff availability
- Health and fitness programs

Am I allowed to have a car?
Yes, residents are usually allowed to have a car, depending on parking capacity. Contact our community for details.
Do you offer shuttles or chauffeured transportation?
We’re glad to offer safe, consistent transportation services to appointments in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Boynton Beach.
Can I go off campus?
Definitely! This is your home, and you have full independence. We just ask that you let the front desk know when you head out.
How do you ensure safety?
Safety is a top priority. We have secure entry systems, a dedicated concierge team, and advanced security technology throughout the community.
Can family visit? How often?
Yes! Family visits are always welcome, whether for a quick hello or an overnight stay in one of our guest suites. Guests simply sign in and out at the concierge.
Do you offer temporary stays?
Yes! Join us for One Grand Day, during which you can sample a chef-prepared meal, tour a Signature Suite apartment, and explore our community amenities. We also offer an extended Winter With Us program for snowbirds—a 90-day temporary stay where you can take advantage of everything our community has to offer.

Diane Dean
Sales Counselor
With over 40 years of sales experience spanning multiple industries, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to her work. Over the past decade, she has focused her career in the senior living industry, where she has cultivated a deep sense of care and compassion.
Her passion for senior living began on a personal note, inspired by her journey of helping her parents find the right senior living community. This experience shaped her dedication to guiding others through similar transitions. Outside of her professional life, Diane cherishes time with her family, including her children and grandson. She also remains connected to her lifelong love—volleyball—a sport that continues to bring her joy and energy.
Jennifer Duffy
Sales Counselor
Jennifer, originally from New Jersey, relocated to Florida to pursue her college education and has since made West Palm Beach her home with her husband, Joe, and their beloved dog, Baxter. With a strong background in leadership, community engagement, and relationship building, she spent much of her professional career serving as the Executive Director of the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she played a vital part in strengthening local business networks and fostering meaningful community connections. Passionate about creating positive impact, Jennifer brings warmth and dedication to every endeavor. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with a good book and spending time by the ocean.

A graduate of the New York Restaurant School, he has held roles as Corporate Chef, Catering Executive Chef, and instructor at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Passionate about food, music, and storytelling, Chef Fernando finds joy in connecting with others through these powerful mediums. When not in the kitchen, he loves traveling, classic films, literature, and spending time with his three grandsons.

For more than a decade, he served as Director of Fitness at prestigious country clubs in Boca Raton, where he established high standards of customer service and innovative health initiatives. Known for his dynamic and engaging approach, Tony continuously introduces fresh, motivating ways to help residents improve their well-being while enjoying the process. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of three teenagers and an active coach for his daughters’ volleyball teams. In his free time, Tony enjoys playing pickleball and paddle boarding along the scenic shores of Jupiter.
