LeAnn brings a wealth of experience in senior living, with a strong background in leadership, resident-centered care, and team development. She is a Certified Assisted Living Manager and Certified Dementia Practitioner, and her passion for creating meaningful experiences shines through in everything she does. Originally from Mississippi, LeAnn has lived in the Houston area for over 20 years with her husband, Marco, and their two children. She is excited to get to know each of you and looks forward to working alongside our team to ensure The Sterling Touch®️ is felt throughout our community.
Adanna Ogbonnaya
Sales Counselor
Adanna lives to serve the greater purpose of caring for seniors. Native to Houston, TX, Adanna has spent over a decade delivering quality care to golden-agers in senior living communities.
As a University of Texas Pan-American alum with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in health & fitness, she embarked on her healthcare journey as a caregiver – working at her father’s assisted living facility where she fell in love with the industry instantly.
Equipped with 10 years of experience and dedication to seniors, Adanna joined FACETS to create a bigger impact. For the last 3 years, she has channeled her love for helping people live their lives to the fullest into serving as their Activity Director; organizing a stimulating variety of leisure activities and social events for the residents to enjoy.
Outside of her work, Adanna relishes creating timeless memories and enjoying extracurricular activities with her girls, ages six and five, along with her two-year-old son.

Felizciana “Fifi” Archibold serves as Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Grand Living at Riverstone. Felizciana is very positive, and enthusiastic about representing Grand Living Riverstone, by sharing with others how we experience First Class Happiness through The Sterling Touch. Felizciana has over 25 years of elder care experience which includes working in the medical field specializing in geriatric care and the luxury retirement industry. Felizciana enjoys spending quality time with her family, furthering her education and helping others. Her passions are serving her community through philanthropy, her hobby as a disc jockey and absolutely loves to roller skate with her family and friends.
Noelle Glass
Business Office Manager
With over 20 years of management experience, Noelle Glass specializes in office management, Human Resources technologies and financial accountability. She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of New Orleans with a focus in Business Management. She believes in empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bringing their best to the job by cultivating an engaging culture. Noelle loves time with her husband Ryan and their five children, but also enjoys quiet time binging on 80’s movies or traveling to new places.

Sun graduated with a BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington and a BA in Liberal Studies from the University of Houston. She began her career as an LVN in 2000, focusing on women’s health before taking time to raise her three children. She later returned to work in assisted living communities while completing her BSN. Passionate about senior care, she chose Grand Living for its exceptional resident care and amenities. She finds fulfillment in supporting families and gaining experience in senior living. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, traveling, watching horror and sci-fi films, and spending time with her family.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and seven years in leadership as a Memory Care Director, [Name] has built a career grounded in compassion, innovation, and dedication to senior care. She began her journey at age 15 as a server in a skilled nursing facility and advanced through roles including certified nurse aide, restorative aide, medication aide, and phlebotomist, eventually owning and operating a personal care home. A Certified Dementia Practitioner, she brings deep expertise in service planning, staff leadership, and creating meaningful experiences for residents. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration at Southern New Hampshire University. At Grand Living, she is committed to delivering exceptional memory care, building strong connections with residents and families, and enhancing the overall quality of life.

Executive Chef
Chef Regina brings over 30 years of diverse culinary experience to her role, holding a degree in Food Service Management. She has excelled in various capacities within culinary operations, including serving as a training manager for a national restaurant chain, where she traveled across multiple states to train and mentor culinary leaders. Since 1992, Chef Regina has been a Certified Dietary Manager, maintaining her credentials with dedication and expertise. At Grand Living, she is passionate about working with seniors, combining her love for food with a genuine commitment to resident care and engagement. With over 25 years of diverse experience in maintenance, a background in electrical engineering, and certifications as a Healthcare Facility Manager and Life Safety Specialist, Sadi has the necessary skillset and expertise handle the unique challenges of his position. His dedication to service extends beyond traditional maintenance tasks; Sadi’s compassionate approach ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of every resident and guest. With a focus on advanced planning and leveraging technology, Sadi consistently stays one step ahead to address critical issues and maintain the highest standards of care. He believes it is important to use both his logical mind and compassionate heart when making decisions in service to residents. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Sadi is deeply inspired by his family, with whom he enjoys spending quality time outside of work.

As an entrepreneur, Jessica founded a supplement line and a private personal training studio, showcasing her ability to merge fitness and management to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Her rich background in performance arts, education, marketing, and customer relations reflects her passion for fostering wellness, connection, and artistic expression. Shayda Landi
Director of Fitness
Shayda has been very passionate about fitness and sports since a young age. Growing up a multi-sport athlete also raised watching and cheering for every and any sport from football to futbol (soccer), Shayda at a young age knew sports and fitness would be her career. Shayda has worked in senior living and in skilled nursing and rehabilitation offering her experience in acute patient care and senior care. Shayda firmly believes in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle for herself, and our residents with daily exercise. Shayda enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, playing piano, attending concerts and music festivals in addition to sporting events, and just spending quality time with friends and family. Shayda has both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in exercise science.
