Grand Living and Ryan Companies US, Inc. are pleased to announce plans to develop Grand Living at Bridgewater, a new senior living community located near the intersection of First Avenue and Interstate 80, directly west of the Firefighters Memorial in Coralville, IA. Grand Living at Bridgewater will offer 170 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom den apartment homes, while providing independent, assisted living, and memory care services in Coralville, IA. Construction on the four-story development is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2016.
Grand Living at Bridgewater will offer a variety of dining and menu options in alternate settings including formal dining, casual dining, a bistro and clubroom. The wellness center and spa will feature a full service salon, indoor pool, exercise studio, and offices for rotating medical providers. Additional amenities include a Grand Lounge and library, performance theater for the arts, music and lifelong learning programs, a chapel, activity and art studios, wood working shop and studio, pet grooming center, and instrumental practice rooms.
