Senior Living Services

What is the difference between Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care?

Independent Living is for active residents who can live independently, or with minimal assistance. Living independently at Grand Living is much like living independently in your home, except home is now a luxury resort.

Assisted Living is for residents who need a little more help with day-to-day living. At Grand Living, this help is delivered right to your door in the forms of: a housekeeper, a chauffeur, chef, and personal caregiver. We prioritize your comfort and privacy, and discretely deliver care to your apartment.

Grand Living’s LUMINATIONS® Memory Care is designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia, offering specialized care, secure and safe environments, and special events to ensure that every resident flourishes within our community.

Is there an emergency care system for residents?
Every resident at Grand Living has access to 24/7 support and a medical alert pendant, regardless of their level of care. We are committed to ensuring your safety and peace of mind.
How do I know if I need Memory Care?
If you or your loved one are experiencing persistent memory loss, difficulty with daily tasks, safety risks, or changes in behavior, or have any existing diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or dementia, it may be time to consider Memory Care. At Grand Living, we are proud to offer our exceptional LUMINATIONS® Memory Care communities. Each LUMINATIONS® neighborhood supports individuals with memory impairments, offering personalized care, safety measures, and dedicated, compassionate staff. We are passionate about ensuring you or your loved ones continue to grow and prosper in our care.

We offer two distinct neighborhoods: Monarch Lane and Lavender Lane, our women-only neighborhood. To find out if Memory Care is right for you, please explore LUMINATIONS® Memory Care or schedule a tour.

Signature Programs

What kind of activities and events does Grand Living provide residents?
At Grand Living, we are proud to offer our FACETS® program, offering unique and engaging activities every day. These include movie nights, ballroom dancing, fitness classes, board and card games, creative classes, happy hour, and more. In addition, residents can take part in events such as live music performances, seminars, presentations, and other social events. In addition, residents can take part in BRAVO® events, including exceptional live music. No matter the day, there is always something new and exciting taking place in every community.

What is IN GRAND TASTE®, and what can I expect from the dining venues?
Our IN GRAND TASTE® signature program encapsulates our exceptional culinary standards, ensuring unforgettable chef-prepared meals every day. We accommodate diverse diets and preferences, evident in our stunning vegan options and nostalgic favorites. Our team treats residents like family, delivering personalized care and service to accommodate every resident’s unique needs and deliver First Class Happiness® in every dish.
What do I do if I have specific dietary requirements?
At Grand Living, resident well-being is our top priority. Our chefs are dedicated to accommodating specific dietary requirements to ensure your happiness, health, and vitality. Simply inform our dining team of your needs, and they will create daily menus accordingly. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering exceptional care in every aspect of our community, including our dining venues.
What is the GRAND PATRIOTS® program?
GRAND PATRIOTS® is a special program at Grand Living designed for military veterans, active service men and women, first responders, and their families. It provides a safe and supportive space for individuals who have served their country to come together, share experiences, and honor their past and present service. Through monthly gatherings, GRAND PATRIOTS® offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who understand the unique challenges and experiences of serving their country.

Grand Living welcomes your furry companions into our communities! All of our communities are pet friendly.
What is included in my monthly rent?
We take pride in offering a worry-free experience, and are committed to providing an all-inclusive, resort living experience. Below are some of the expenses included with your monthly rent:

How can guests and family members visit me?
We welcome your friends and family and can offer them guest accommodation, subject to availability. To learn more about reserving guest suites, please contact us.
What amenities are available in each community?
Every Grand Living community includes:

  • Well-appointed residences in a variety of sizes to best accommodate your preferences and personal requirements.
  • An array of dining venues, including formal dining, casual dining, a bistro, and private dining.
  • The Forum Theater, a 150-plus seat theater for an array of entertainment options.
  • The Grand Spa and Fitness Center, featuring an exercise and fitness studio with state-of-the-art equipment, a full-time Director of Fitness, a full-service salon, massage rooms, and offices for visiting medical professionals and tele-health appointments.
  • The Grand Library and Grand Lounge, the Legends Club, a gift shop, art and game studios, and private lounges are community spaces that are an extension of your apartment home.
  • A private chapel and meditation center.
  • Outdoor recreation areas.

Many locations also include indoor or outdoor swimming pools, putting greens, fire pits, and woodworking shops.
