She began her senior living career in 2013 as a Sales Director, and was promoted to Executive Director in 2015. Natasha helped open a new senior living community in 2016 and managed the company’s largest community by 2017. After moving to Austin in 2021, she served as a Sales Director and gained hospitality experience as a Luxury Travel Sales Manager for a luxury hotel brand. Natasha chose Grand Living for its exceptional hospitality approach to senior living, captivated by its STERLING TOUCH® signature service. Amanda Rodriguez

Sales Counselor

Amanda, who is originally from Colorado, holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. She is a Board-Certified Music Therapist specializing in senior living and hospice care. Her journey in senior living began at age 13 when she played piano for seniors in a skilled nursing community to overcome performance anxiety. Amanda chose Grand Living for its culture of excellence and forward-thinking vision, which align with her high standards and dedication to providing exceptional personalized service. She loves helping seniors and prioritizes providing remarkable experiences every single day. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys adventuring outdoors with her husband, whom she met in third grade, and their dog, Lou. Amanda also loves to unwind by enjoying good takeout on the sofa.

Kourtney Jenkins

Sales Counselor

Kourtney, a proud San Antonio native, discovered her passion for helping others early in her career. After earning her degree, she embraced her love for travel as a flight attendant in Kansas City, MO, before returning to Texas to be closer to family. Her career path led her to mentor licensed agents at a Fortune 500 company, where she realized her true calling—making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This passion inspired her transition to senior living in 2016 as a Sales Director in San Antonio, and in 2021, she embraced a new chapter in the greater Austin area, drawn by its vibrant outdoor lifestyle. When she’s not building connections with residents and staff at Grand Living, Kourtney cherishes time with her 8-year-old daughter, Kalista, enjoying sunny days at pools, water parks, or near the water.
