Mariely Jennings

Business Office Manager

Mariely “MJ” began her career in senior living 12 years ago, following a decade of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal. When the bankruptcy company closed, she returned to school and earned a double master’s degree in business administration and healthcare management. She then found a position as a business office director at a CCRC/Senior Living. It was not a career she would have ever seen herself in as she was always in the legal field, but she quickly realized the passion and fulfillment it would ignite in her life. Helping others, from colleagues to residents/family members, brings immense joy to her life, and she cannot see herself doing anything else. She tried to work in a hospital setting and quickly realized her passion in life was in senior living, and has been back in the field ever since. MJ has a son named Jack, who has been the inspiration for all she has accomplished in her life, and she has a very stubborn but loving Frenchie named Coco Chanel. During her time off, MJ enjoys the ocean, sun, dancing, and eating!
