Senior Living Community in Jacksonville, FL

Offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Services

At Grand Living, we know that seniors deserve the best service and living environments available. We aren’t a boring and dreary retirement home, but rather a vibrant and lively location for seniors to thrive. Our mindset is epitomized by our Signature Programs, a collection of missions that we ensure are met at each of our locations. The Sterling Touch is our most prominent signature program, and it teaches our entire staff hospitality techniques that we learned by working hand-in-hand with Ritz-Carlton hotel executives. This level of service paired with the most beautiful, advanced amenities available is why Grand Living is expanding so quickly.

Sales and Marketing

Meredith Kreis has been working in the senior industry with a focus on sales for the past ten years. A native of Jacksonville, Meredith places great value in her knowledge of the area’s senior industry and in the relationships she has established with community partners and providers. She was introduced to senior living at an early age through her mother who has served as director of various retirement communities. Through the exposure associated with her mother’s career, Meredith became deeply impacted by the residents and families she has met throughout the years and decided to make a career in the industry as well. Meredith takes pride in working for a community that is fully committed to providing unsurpassed care to the residents served and providing peace of mind to their loved ones. She embraces the relationships that develop because of that excellence in service.

Director of Health and Wellness

Julie knew from a young age she wanted to be a nurse and found her passion in working with seniors. Within Julie’s career she had the honor to care for the first woman to graduate from Harvard, the doctor who developed a valve for heart transplant surgery, and many more incredible people. Julie loves seeing beyond the aches and pains, decreased mobility and any other issues to meet the real person through their memories, stories and pictures. Julie graduated from the University of Iowa (Go Hawkeyes!) in 1987, moved to Texas working in the hospital setting and migrated to beautiful Florida where she found herself inspired by her work in senior living environments.

“I have a picture of myself at 4 years old, playing nurse. I knew then and even more now that nursing is more than a career, it is my calling and I have loved every moment of it.”
Sarah Dymond

She enjoys sharing experiences with residents and enhancing their quality of life by bringing joy, purpose and laughter to each day.

“It’s never too late to learn, explore new adventures and just enjoy life! I strive to inspire and encourage our residents every day.”
